Senior Center Walking Club • Register • View Cart •

Walk this way to better health! This is a great way to meet new people, get a bit of exercise or just take a stroll. Let's get outside!

Each member of the walking club will get a free pedometer courtesy of East Shore District Health Department! 

We will be travelling to some local parks where the paths are flat and paved and there are benches to take a rest. Some of the places we will be going to are: Chatfield Hollow in Killingworth, Coginchaug in Durham, Community Lake Linear Trail in Wallingford, and Quinnipiac River Gorge Linear Trail at Red Bridge in South Meriden.
