Each week will tackle a new topic to build healthy habits and set micro goals for 2025!

Week 3: Tiny habits, On the go snacks/meals, Tackling take-out
Week 4: Importance of sleep, Self care strategies
Week 5: Get moving, How to add strength training
Week 6: Staying motivated, Curb cravings, Combat negative self talk.
