Senior Center Chair Yoga - Senior Chair Yoga Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while sitting. Some poses will also be done standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga helps build strength, improve coordination, and creates a kind of moving meditation that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves mental clarity. Instructed by: Sharon Bailey
