North Branford Parks & Recreation Kids Camp

Beginning Monday, June 27th, we will be offering 8 consecutive weeks of summer camp for campers entering grades 1-6. This year, camp will run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m and will be offering before care ONLY.

Regardless of age the camper must have completed Kindergarten to enroll.

Safety continues to be our priority therefore enrollment will monitored. We will continue to follow best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by implementing any recommendations by our local health department included, but not limited to healthy hand washing practices, social distancing and developing staff/camper cohorts. Currently, we continue to recommend masks, however they are not required - this is at the parent/guardian's discretion.

Camp will be separated into age appropriate groups for activities. We plan to offer some field trips for an additional fee, as well as weekly entertainment and structured classes.

Campers will have the opportunity to engage in arts, crafts, sports, games, fitness and occasional water play throughout the day. Additional classes are available for your children at no cost and are integrated into the weekly schedule.

Week 1 - Curious Creatures / Ray of Light Farm
Week 2 - Fire Truck visit & Ice Cream Emergency / NO TRIP
Week 3 - Mini-Golf / New Britain Bees Baseball
Week 4 - Foam Party / CT Science Center
Week 5 - Circus Moves / Lessard Lanes - Bowling/Mini-Golf
Week 6 - Chris Poulos (bicycle stuntman/motivational speaker) / PoCo
Week 7 - Food Explorers / Movie Trip - DC Leagues Of Extraordinary Pets
Week 8 - Foam Party & Campardy / NO TRIP



As the weeks are filling up fast please register your child for camp and trips as far in advance as possible.

If you are put on a waitlist we will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to accommodate. 







    • Payment is required in FULL to reserve a space. Cash, Check, or Credit Card accepted. Typically,  the cancellation fee is $5 per camper per week and must be done at least one week in advance. However, we recognize that during these unprecedented times, that a weeks notice isn't always possible. Refunds and/or household credits will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis.


    • If possible, please register for all weeks you are attending at time of initial registration. $10 sibling discount per week.


    • Please complete the attached General Authorization Form!


    • Non-Residents are welcome for an additional $20 fee per week.
