As a ZUMBA ® instructor of 10 years my style is bright, bold and loud. I believe in feeling the music and joining the party to find your confidence, your workout and your success.I got my start when a coworker invited me to take a class that night. I was 70 pounds overweight, self conscious, tired and depressed but 60 minutes later I was hooked. Now my goal is to show people that they don't need to be fit, have their "ideal" body, or be a pro dancer to participate in a group fitness class. I work hard every time I instruct to bring a great workout to everyone in the room whether beginner or fitness junkie. You can be ready to try something new or as intimidated as I was that first day, but  check out my schedule and come Join the Party™.*Weather permitting, this class will be held outside!Class options include the full 11 class session which meets 2x per week on Mondays & Thursdays!Or you can choose just Mondays (5 classes) or just Thursdays (6 classes)!

Who: Ages 18+ Where: STW Community Center Instructor: Richard Dicine  Description: Bring balance and harmony to your life while you strengthen your body in this traditional T’ai Chi Ch’uan class. Taught by an instructor with 30 years of martial arts experience and a Gold Medal Winner of the T’ai Chi Ch’uan nationals. Students practice relaxation, balance and flexibility while learning to understand the body/mind relationship. Sign up for two sessions simultaneously and save $10.

BEGINNER: Marty will use the flowing, meditative movements of this ancient Chinese martial art to improve balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, concentration, and memory. He will demonstrate how we can use Tai Chi’s self-defense strategies to reduce our stress and protect ourselves from the repeated assaults of everyday life.INTERMEDIATE: Open to all students who have completed Beginner Tai Chi. Outdoor Lunch and Concert on May 13th, 11:30am til 1:00pm., located in the STW Community Center Parking Lot. The concert, featuring Survivors Swing Band, begins at 11:30am, the meal will be served at 12n. Please bring your lawn chair, we will provide you with a boxed lunch (Roast Beef or Turkey Sandwich) while you sit and enjoy music, friends and food!
