Appropriate for all ages and levels. A fluid (vinyasa) class taught with basic foundation poses, alignment and options for the beginner students, as well as, seasoned practitioners. This class will focus on releasing the stress of your busy week in both the mind and body leaving all students with more space to breathe, ease in their body and calm in their mind. Appropriate for all ages and levels. A fluid (vinyasa) class taught with basic foundation poses, alignment and options for the beginner students, as well as, seasoned practitioners. Williams Community Center for grades K-5. Students will be walked over from TVES and  5-day a week bus transportation will be available from Jerome Harrison Elementary School through Dattco.The program will be offered 5 days a week only for students of JHS and students of TVES will have 3 enrollment options. The program will run until 5:30 p.m. and all half days will be accommodated. Kick off your afternoon with a half-hour of focused homework time, followed by an exciting hour of fitness! Get moving with fun activities that build: Speed & agility Hand-eye coordination Learn to design your own creative workout  We’ll use cool fitness gear like ladders, hoops, and tennis balls to create obstacle courses and games that make exercise fun. Come ready to move, learn, and have a blast with Coach Jill!

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Yoga to Release the Week - Yoga to Release the Week
Appropriate for all ages and levels. A fluid (vinyasa) class taught with basic foundation poses, alignment and options for the beginner students, as well as, seasoned practitioners. This class will focus on releasing the stress of your busy week in both the mind and body leaving all students with more space to breathe, ease in their body and calm in their mind. All classes will be specifically designed to the students’ needs who are attending.Instructed by:Brianne Barrett
