Piercey Elite Basketball Training - November Piercey Elite Basketball Training (Age 8-10) Introducing a basketball training program designed to target specific weaknesses and transform them into strengths You will be trained on: * Precision Shooting Mechanics - Develop a consistent, game ready shot from anywhere on the court. * Ball Handling & Agility - Learn advanced moves to create space and control the pace of the game * Game IQ & Decision Making - Understand why you are running a drill and how to apply it in a live game setting. Chris Piercey is going into his 5th year as the NBHS Assistant Boys Basketball Coach and has been coaching NB youth basketball program for the past 15 years. This will be group training of no more than 3 kids per hour. Boys and Girls Ages 5 - 18 NOVEMBER Dates will be 11/9, 11/16, 11/23 & 11/30 Ages 8 - 10...........8am to 9am Ages 11 - 13..........9am to 10am Ages 5 - 7..........10am to 11am (*please note - this age group will only be ball handling & agility). Much of this class is taught on the floor with very little transitioning between standing and sitting. The use of props serves to make the yoga poses more accessible to those attending the class. This clinic is designed to develop the basic skills each athlete has by focusing on tactical game awareness, 1v1 defense, elevated passing, elimination and shooting skills. Yoga to Release the Week - Yoga to Release the Week Appropriate for all ages and levels. A fluid (vinyasa) class taught with basic foundation poses, alignment and options for the beginner students, as well as, seasoned practitioners. This class will focus on releasing the stress of your busy week in both the mind and body leaving all students with more space to breathe, ease in their body and calm in their mind.
